How often should I have Ronmar seal my driveway?
We recommend sealing your asphalt driveway every 3-5 years and for high traffic areas, such as parking lots, every 2-3 years.

How long should I stay off my asphalt?
It is recommended to stay off your newly sealed asphalt for 24 hours, allowing it the proper amount of dry time. If we are experiencing humid days, we recommend giving your driveway up to 72 hours to dry.
Should I clean my driveway before you come?
Let us do the work! we will clean your driveway with our high-powered blowers when we arrive to complete the sealing work. No need to do it before we come. It is included with the cost of the job.

Do you remove the weeds?
While we trim the occasional weed where needed, our company does not provide weed removal or control services. Our sealer does not contain or provide any form of weed control. To ensure the best results, your driveway should be completely free of weeds before we can proceed with sealing. If weeds are growing in cracks or along the edges of your driveway, we recommend contacting a professional weed control service such as Nutri-Lawn or WeedMan and following their treatment guidelines before your scheduled sealing appointment. Taking care of weeds ahead of time helps us give the best possible results for your sealed driveway.
Do you fill cracks?
We provided basic acrylic crack filling services to hairline cracks that are 1/4" wide or less. This can be provided at an additional cost to sealing. Cracks any wider may require asphalt repair services. All cracks must be clear of weed growth prior to service as we do not provide weed removal or control services. Extremely broken down areas cannot be filled and may require the asphalt repair services of a paving contractor.

What happens if it rains?
If it rains before the scheduled time of your appointment, We will assess the weather and proceed from there. We may need to call you to reschedule. If it rains right after your asphalt has been sealed, no need to worry, it will not affect the sealer.

Should I pressure wash my driveway?
Any built up areas of dirt or sand should be washed off of your driveway at least 1 day prior to your scheduled sealing service. Driveways must be dry for us to proceed with sealing services.

Do you give estimates?
We offer free estimates. If you would like an estimate please contact us and we will get it done for you. It is not necessary to be home. We will simply leave the estimate in your mailbox or wherever you direct us to leave it.
